Shaanxi Daily: Yan'an Coal Oil and Gas Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project Completed and Put into Operation Soon

News from our newspaper (Reporter Cheng Jingfeng) 6# May 13 , the reporter learned from Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yan 'an Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. that after nearly three years of construction, the largest energy and chemical project under construction in our province - Yan 'an Coal and Gas Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project with a total investment of 216 .1 billion Yuan will soon be completed and put into operation. At present, the commissioning of large-scale equipment and core systems on the project site is being carried out in an orderly manner.

It is understood that Yan 'an kerosene and gas resources comprehensive utilization project adopts 12 patents and proprietary technologies, uses natural gas, coal and naphtha as raw materials, adopts international advanced technology that meets environmental protection requirements, and takes the route of olefin deep processing to produce various chemical products such as high-quality polyethylene, polypropylene, butanol and ethylene propylene rubber. The project fully embodies the characteristics of hydrogen and carbon complementarity and circular economy.

Yan'an Coal Oil and Gas Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project has carried out a large number of integrated innovations in the device process. The project has built the world's first commercial operation device for the preparation of olefins by catalytic cracking of light oil, the world's largest single set of high-density polyethylene device and the ethylene-propylene rubber device to fill the gap of similar products in Shaanxi, and set an industry benchmark in flue gas dust removal and desulfurization, sewage recycling and other aspects.

Yan 'an Coal Oil and Gas Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project officially started construction on 2015 9 11 , and completed the mid-term completion of all single projects by the end of 2017 12 , shortening the construction period of 6 months compared with similar projects. By the end of 5 this year, the project has completed a total investment of 201.59 .8 billion yuan and paid various taxes and fees to the local government totaling 3700 million yuan.

Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Company under Yanchang Petroleum Group undertook the EPC general contracting work of the production units and all public and auxiliary facilities of the project except the methanol deep processing unit (MTO ), including engineering design, procurement, construction and corresponding technical services. The project involves 3500 sets of dynamic and static equipment, 965 kilometers of above-ground and underground pipelines, 5.15 tons of steel structure, 43 cubic meters of concrete, and 120# more than 5.7 billion yuan of total contract amount, accounting for more than half of the total project cost.

In the project procurement process, Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Company conducts comprehensive control of the overall equipment and materials of the project, and conducts comprehensive and in-depth management of the design plan, raw material procurement, processing and manufacturing, process inspection, factory inspection, and arrival acceptance. Each equipment must have a technical agreement, and the top ten domestic suppliers for key pipes, steel structures and other materials are preferred to ensure the quality of project construction.

It is understood that after normal operation, Yan 'an Coal Oil and Gas Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project is expected to achieve an annual output value of

113 .5 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 23.4 .7 billion yuan, which will become an important carrier for Yanchang Petroleum Group to promote industrial restructuring, help the high-end development of energy and chemical industry in our province, and achieve the goal of catching up and surpassing.
