recently learned from the Shenhua Ningmei coal to liquid project construction headquarters that in 2015, the headquarters took the coal to liquid project "engineering installation year" and the coal chemical by-product deep processing and comprehensive utilization project "civil construction year" as the main line, strictly "five major controls", implemented management innovation, and completed various construction tasks.

Seize the golden period of construction, strengthen construction organization, rationally allocate resources, and solidly carry out construction battles such as "100-day battle of installation project", "winter construction battle" and olefin phase II project "civil engineering battle", "steel structure installation battle", "80 days of hard work, decisive battle in the fourth quarter", etc., to effectively promote the progress of the project. Up to now, the design work of the coal-to-oil project has been completed by 99.7, the civil engineering has been basically completed, and the installation of steel structure has been completed by 259000 tons. 83% of the total equipment installation completed; 94% of the total pipeline installation completed and 73% of the total cable laying completed. 90% model review of process equipment for olefin phase ii project has been completed, detailed design of ammonia synthesis equipment and tank farm of the whole plant has been basically completed, construction of main civil works has been completed, installation of steel structure has been completed by 27617 tons, and tower hoisting of overrun equipment has been completed.

In terms of safety, the headquarters deepened the "11311" safety control mode, paid close attention to the landing of risk pre-control measures such as "seven key points and sixteen changes", continued to carry out weekly inspection, ten-day inspection and monthly evaluation activities, stepped up the investigation and punishment of "unsafe behaviors", identified and rectified 6007 potential safety hazards and problems throughout the year, put an end to major and above safety accidents, and realized safe working hours of 65 million man-hours, the construction of the security risk pre-control system of the headquarters has reached the second level of Shenhua Group.

In 2016, the 4 million-ton coal-to-liquid project in Shenning will enter the stage of production and commissioning. In order to ensure the smooth commissioning, the commissioning of the auxiliary device of the project has achieved phased results. The 330KV substation and 110KV regional substation of the coal-to-oil project have all received power successfully at one time. The off-site pressure pump station, water supply and fire pump station, air pressure station, waste heat recovery station, etc. have been put into operation, and part of the circulating water field has been put into operation. The two boilers in the power station were fired with coal for ignition, and the high-pressure steam pipeline began to purge. The air compressor station will send out qualified instrument wind and factory wind in July 2015. Boiler B1 of power station has also completed fuel oil ignition and coal ignition one after another, making full preparations for the delivery of the main devices of methanol line, oil A line and oil B line starting at the end of May.

Shenning Group's 4 million-ton/year coal indirect liquefaction demonstration project is the second national coal deep processing demonstration project after Shenhua Group's successful construction and operation of the Ordos coal direct liquefaction project. It is also the largest coal-to-liquid project with a single unit in the world. The project is located in Area A of Coal Chemical Industry Park of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base in Ningxia, with a total area of 815.23 hectares, of which the main plant area covers an area of 334.4 hectares. The project uses coal as raw material and converts 20.36 million tons of coal annually, including 16.45 million tons of raw coal, 3.91 million tons of fuel coal, 24.78 million cubic meters of water per year and 4.052 million tons of synthetic oil per year, including 2.733 million tons of blended diesel oil, 983000 tons of naphtha and 336000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas. 128000 tons of by-product sulfur, 75000 tons of mixed alcohol and 107000 tons of ammonium sulfate. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 55 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2016. After completion, the average annual sales income is 26.6 billion yuan and the average annual profit and tax is 15.3 billion yuan. The coal gasification adopts GSP dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology, and the oil synthesis unit adopts the medium-temperature slurry bed Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology of Zhongke synthetic oil.
