(Development and Reform Energy [2017 ] 1393 ) and agreed to construct the project.

The construction site of the project is Yitai Yili Industrial Park, Chabuqal Xibo Autonomous County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The construction scale is to produce a total of ,101.52 tons of diesel oil, naphtha, liquefied petroleum gas and other oil products annually, and to produce mixed alcohol, sulfur and other products by-products. The total investment of

project is 162.7 .9 billion yuan, of which the capital of 48.5 .1 billion yuan, accounting for 30% of the total investment. The composition of the project shareholders and the proportion of capital contribution are: Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co., Ltd. 9.8% , Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. 90.2% .

2017 , the National Energy Administration issued the "Coal Deep Processing Industry Demonstration " 13th Five-Year "Plan", pointing out that the project is a national coal-to-oil demonstration project, it mainly undertakes the demonstration tasks of industrialization of 3000 ton multi-nozzle opposed coal water slurry gasification technology, industrial application of improved Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor and new generation catalyst, mechanical evaporation and crystallization treatment of concentrated brine, etc.

In 2014 7 , Yitai Yili 100 Tons / Coal-to-Oil Demonstration Project received a reply from the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on the preliminary work of the project (NDRC Energy [2014]1578 ) to support the preliminary work of the project.
