25% of the FLS slurry pump is used to replace the slurry pump of other pump plants, and the FLS slurry pump has never been replaced by other brands of pumps.
All designs follow the 9th edition of API-610. The Lawrence FLS-6000 slurry pump adopts high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and high wear resistance metal lining, which is suitable for the harsh production process of oil refineries, chemical fuel production, mining fields and other industrial and mining industries.
Lawrence FLS-6000 slurry pump adopts horizontal centerline support pump body, cantilever shaft support, single-stage radial split slurry pump. All design and production are in full compliance with API-610 standards. The mechanical seal and sealing system also fully complies with API 682.
replaceable metal lining, under high pressure, protects the pump casing from high-rate, high-abrasion slurry erosion. Impeller design using API with 2-3 times the life of the mining design, and the pump shell lining using API with the working conditions of 5 times the life of the design. In addition, the cost of replacing our lining is much lower than the cost of replacing an API pump casing. The wear-resistant parts adopt high corrosion resistance and wear-resistant accessories, so it can adapt to most industrial and mining requirements.
