Filua double hose diaphragm pump is a tightly sealed, non-leakage reciprocating positive displacement pump. The specific characteristics are as follows:
1. Equipped with a double-layer diaphragm, regardless of the internal and external diaphragm rupture, the pump can continue to operate normally, without taking any emergency parking measures.
2. The contact surface of the diaphragm and the pump body is a smooth transition, and the solid material will not be deposited at the root of the diaphragm, avoiding the forced abrasion of the solid particles on the diaphragm and greatly extending the service life of the diaphragm.
3. Easy to maintain, cylindrical pump head without pump cover. Each individual wear part can be removed separately without prior removal of adjacent parts. Predictive maintenance is possible.
4. Hydraulic oil automatic exhaust/compensation system, without any complicated oil circuit, oil tank, oil pump, exciter, solenoid valve, PLC, etc., does not need to provide compressed air, and does not need any professional maintenance and repair.
